- Private-label packaging options
- Sample evaluation before specification approval
Define the product.
Verify the sample.
Confirm every ingredient and its percentage by weight. Test the complete blend, including consistency after transport, rather than relying on individual ingredient results.
The specification below is a purchasing checklist. Numerical performance values have not yet been published; request a confirmed specification for your selected formulation.
| Raw material | Blended materials; recipe and proportions agreed per order |
|---|---|
| Particle / pellet size | Specify your preferred dimensions; confirm with the sample |
| Absorption rate | Request measured result and the test method |
| Clumping time | Agree a time limit, liquid volume and test conditions |
| Dust rate | Request the measured result and assessment method |
| pH | Confirm the applicable range and testing method |
| Packaging | Net weight / volume, bag format, artwork and carton configuration to be agreed |
| MOQ / trial order | Quoted by formulation and packaging; tell us your intended quantity |
| Lead time & loading | Confirmed with order volume, pack configuration and destination |
Plan a repeatable mixed cat litter specification
A mixed litter brief needs a defined recipe and a test of the finished blend, including how it behaves after transport.
Record the complete recipe
Identify each ingredient and its target percentage by weight. A general description such as tofu-and-clay blend is not enough to control the production recipe.
Check consistency across the bag
Assess whether ingredients separate during handling. Take samples from different positions in the bag after a repeatable transport simulation.
Approve the blend as a whole
Test absorption, clumping and dust on the complete formulation. Performance data for one ingredient does not establish the behavior of the finished mixture.
Questions before you order
Define the product, pack and trial quantity together.
Understand cat litter MOQ ↗Can I customize the blend ratio for private label?
Share your target materials, performance priorities and reference sample. Feasibility, minimum quantity and the final ratio must be confirmed before sample approval.
How should I compare two mixed cat litter samples?
Use the same test conditions and identify each recipe. Record clump strength, material separation and consistency as well as the immediate absorption result.
Can different blends share the same packaging artwork?
Confirm the formulation description, net contents and instructions for each SKU. If artwork differs, ask whether each print design has a separate minimum.
